    Very sluggish response to app

    The light is ok but I’m finding that when I change the colour or the sliders there is a very noticeable delay between my action on the (iOS) app and response on the actual lamp. I have 3 other Hey! Products and none behave this way. Perhaps needs a firmware update?

    Great products and customer service

    Decided to take the plunge with some Black Friday deals and couldn't be happier. Have a couple of light strips, two dome lights and a power strip. So easy to set them up and they work really well with Google Home. Will be getting more items in the New Year! Also have contacted them a few times for some support and random queries and they've been excellent. Really responsive and helpful!

    Very Impressed!

    Bought a smart lamp and light bulb. I am Impressed with both these products. Great value for money, simple and easy to use. The app is very intuitive and linking to Google home is very simple.

    Great products

    Products are great once set up.
    Some of the set up was quite complicated and took two of us quite a while to get the hang of, and the instruction videos skipped out the parts we were having issues with. Although frustrating, once we got everything linked up we�ve had no issues!
    The lighting is going down well with guests.
    Especially like Hey as all products are controlled by the one app.
