What does this mean for me and my Hey! Smart Home?

The Hey! App will still be live and operational and all of your devices will work as normal. This will have no impact on the app and your devices.

Will my Hey! devices still work?

All of your devices will work as normal.

How do I get support for my devices?

Are there any other apps that my devices will work with?

All of your devices will work with the Hey! app or alternatively you can use the Smart Life app.

What's the difference between this and ring/competitor?

Most smart doorbells do the same thing, the difference with ours is you get everything you need in one box, no pesky added extras. You can use cloud storage or any Micro SD card!

Do I need a hub?

No hubs are required for our smart products, keeping your home clean of any unnecessary clutter! 

Does it work with Alexa?

All of our products work with Alexa for easy voice control.

How hard are they to install and get working?

Our products are all super easy to install, and if you are ever struggling we have easy to access videos on our website & great personal over the phone service, as well as email responses. 

Can I control my smart home when I am off the property?

You can completely control & view any devices anywhere in the world, as long as you have a stable data connection.

Do I have to pay for cloud storage?

You don't have to pay for cloud storage as all of our video devices have a Micro SD card slot, eliminating month to month payments. We do still offer cloud storage if you want to back up on the cloud!
