Firstly, connect the LED strip and transformer unit together, making sure the two arrows are facing one another. Next, plug in the power unit to your desired socket and ensure the power is switched on.

Then, turn the power to the LED strip off and back on 3x with a brief pause (about 1+s) in between each switch to allow the LED strip to power up and power down, you should then see the lights begin to start flashing which shows it is ready to pair.

The sequence is illustrated below:

Off – 1s Pause – On – 1s Pause – Off – 1s Pause – On – 1s Pause – Off – 1s Pause - On

If your strip is flashing slowly, this indicates your strip is in AP pairing mode. You can either complete the reset procedure for the device, or you can simply use AP mode to pair the strip. To do this you need to follow the steps below. 

1. Tap the small  + icon in the top right corner of the app.

2. Select the device you wish to add. 

3. Once you select the LED strip, tap 'EZ Mode' in the top right corner. 

4. Follow the steps on screen to complete your pairing. 

Firstly make sure the socket you are plugging the strip into is working with another product. Check that there isn't any knots or tangling of the wires for the strip. Then finally make sure when connecting the the 5 pin connection cables that the arrows on the ends of the cables are facing one another otherwise the strip won't power on. 

Firstly, ensure both LED light strips are plugged in and paired to the Hey! app.

Next, click into one of the LED strips on the app, and select the pencil icon in the top right corner.

Finally, select create group and select your second LED light strip to be added.
